Role: Product Designer

When creating new AI applications, Developers need a way to explore profiles and attributes about its existing applications so that they know what information the profile contains in the hopes of reusing some of that information.
My role as a Product Designer was to work directly with the CTO, Lead Product Engineer, Front End Development, and my Creative Director to decipher the needs of those Developers. The solution was a nodular grouping of attribute, their hierarchical structures, and separate panes for filter and drill down. The Profile Explorer contains complex multi-level functionality and scalability. You are able to to filter down from millions of profiles and edit and alter the naming of individual profiles. The visuals created are both user functional, and also bring a fun video game like quality.
Cortex Console Dashboard
The users of the Console Dashboard for the product Cortex would need to be able to track their tenants usage to make sure their product was running smoothly. The challenge was to create a simple high level data metrics across all environments, but then to be able to drill down into individual agents, skills, and actions to see what was consuming the most resources.
Cortex Personas
The purpose of a successful persona is to gather information about your target users. As a designer I interviewed the users for the Cortex product and collected information that would help us understand what their day-to-day was like, what their pain-points were, where their technical expertise lied, and to garner what was needed to build the best product for those people. Once the data was collected, it was synthesized and pared down to only the most pertinent information.

System
Having a design system is one of the single most important things you can do for an efficient design team. As a team, we worked collaboratively in creating a system for the Cortex product. By adhering to these standards, we are able to create a visually consistent look for all of our products and services and unify all components.
